And fourth walling ASM itself is still off the table, but the Tobey Maguire movies are fair game.

•AVOIDED TOPICS: I'm pretty uncomfortable when it comes to vampires drinking people's blood, and I'm generally uncomfortable being brought into plots involving sexual assault. If there's a specific reason why you need me/my character in it, just let me know well in advance so we can discuss it before I decide to get involved.

IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•CURRENT CANON POINT: After Captain Stacy's death on top of the OsCorp tower.
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Peter is six feet tall, gangly and while he's got pretty decent muscle definition, still manages to look pretty scrawny, and definitely looks like a teenager. He's got brown hair, brown eyes, and sometimes wears glasses. He generally dresses in dark clothes - navy, brown, gray, etc. - speaks with an American accent and usually smells like clean laundry, deodorant, shampoo, sweat and - in the event of a lab accident gone wrong - probably ozone.
•DEMEANOR: Peter tends to be on the quiet side, and doesn't do much to call attention to himself. That said, he's friendly enough when approached, even if he's kind of prone to stammering and talking so quickly, it's like his brain moves faster than his mouth. When upset, he's very closed off and will pull away from comfort or talking about the situation at all. As Spider-Man, he's far more confident and witty, even bordering on obnoxious sometimes.
•ABILITIES: After being bitten by a genetically engineered spider (and potentially thanks to his genes already being a little screwy thanks to his dad's research, the movie hasn't explicitly gone into detail about what exactly this means), Peter has developed enhanced strength, speed, flexibility and durability, which basically means he's considerably stronger, faster and harder to squish than a normal human, or even a particularly well trained athlete. He is, however, just as fragile as a normal human when it comes to scrapes, cuts, stab wounds, tasers and bullets, his bones are just a little sturdier. He also has a 'spider sense', which can act as a sort of hyper awareness or a limited form of precognition. He can't tell what questions are going to be asked on his math test next week, but he can sometimes sense an oncoming attack in a fight before it happens, or notice the little details of things. It's sort of an inconsistent ability, and he isn't in control of when it decides it feels like manifesting itself. His hands and feet can also cling to basically any surface, allowing him to climb on walls and hang on to things no matter how hard people are tugging them away from him. Peter's always been incredibly, incredibly smart. He's second in his class, and likes to tinker, build and fix stuff around the house. While it's not a superpower, per say, he's excellent with science and math, and has an affinity for photography as well.
•MEDICAL INFORMATION: Peter is a healthy, human/mutantish teenager. He doesn't seem to scar and heals quickly, but it's not confirmed if this is a healing factor versus shoddy Hollywood magic.
•CABIN INFORMATION: His room from back home - it's a little cramp, and definitely somewhat messy in a typical teenage boy way.
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: The only thing that will really rile him up is talking about what happened to his uncle, and to some extent Captain Stacy, but otherwise he's difficult to really offend. He will stick up for someone being picked on in a heartbeat though. B(
