So I heard most of you met Gwen.

[And he's kind of. Embarrassed but pleased and all together appreciative that he's, you know, got friends here, who aren't crazy or more acquaintances than anything else. People who have his back.

It's nice. And he's pretty sure it's never really going to stop feeling new and different and awesome.]

And I get why you're trying to talk her into going home, but unless the Admiral sends her back before whatever happens, happens, she's not going anywhere. Believe me, she's not. [He knows, okay.] Which means I've gotta ask you all a favor.

If - and I'm pretty sure we all know I really mean "when" - something bad happens, something like last time, and if I'm affected and you're not, keep an eye out for her?

I mean, [And he feels like he needs to clarify, because seriously.] The person I was there, he wasn't like, a monster? But I have no idea what it's going to be like this time, and I just, I don't-

[He sighs, drops his face into his hands for a brief moment and rubs at his forehead before looking back up.]

[Stiles is...mildly surprised that he can see this. And also mildly giddy that he can see this. He is friends with Spider-Man. How awesome is that? Then the gravity of the situation sets back in and he looks back worriedly. He'll keep an eye out for Gwen if anything happens, but he's smart enough to know that unless someone can be easily taken down by a baseball bat, Stiles is pretty well out of his league on protecting people. It doesn't mean he won't try, though.]

Assuming I'm unaffected, and you are affected, I'll definitely keep an eye out. [He pauses.] And yeah, I won't say anything.

[Look, Peter will be satisfied if you're able to convince her to hide in a closet for the duration of whatever's going to happen, so you are totally relevant to this discussion. u__u

Yeah, we will. I mean, I think everyone I've met here so far is kind of an expert at getting through stuff. [He's not sure he believes it'll be okay persay, but hey, he's trying.]

The guy I was... he was just kind of an asshole. I don't think he really even wanted to be there after a while, it was just, I don't know, something to do, I guess. But I don't want to take any chances.
